Hosting and Reseller Services
We take automatic server backups every 7 days in our hosting and reseller services. however, these backups are backups for possible system failures. Customers are absolutely obliged to take their own backups, our company may share the backups with the customers as an initiative based on goodwill.
In case of problems that may arise from hardware or software on hosting, reseller and seo reseller servers, the service owner is responsible for his own backup. Our company is never responsible.
Backups are valid for sites that do not exceed 5 GB. Since sites over 5 GB will be out of the scope of backup, our company can never be held responsible for any problems that may occur on these sites. The customer is obliged to take his own backup.
Virtual Server Services
We take weekly server backups in our VDS services. however, these backups are backups for possible system failures. Our company can share the spares with customers on the initiative based on good faith.
Our company will not accept any responsibility if the customer has not received a paid backup service.
Physical Server Services
There is absolutely no paid or free backup for physical servers that are rented or hosting.
All backup responsibility belongs to the user who rents or hosts the server, our company will not accept any responsibility in a possible situation.

You are responsible for all your data while using our services. CSA Digital provides the backup service for your convenience and does not guarantee any backups. CSA Digital cannot be held responsible for any data loss you may experience for any reason.
CSA Digital does not have any personal, legal and penal liability for any direct or indirect material and/or moral, negative and/or positive damages that may arise from data loss that you may experience for any reason, and for possible other damages and expenses.
Accounts whose payment period exceeds 7 days are deleted from the servers. For this reason, customers cannot request backups at the end of the service period, as the accounts that have expired and deleted will be deleted from the servers, including their backups. For this reason, our company cannot be held responsible for a possible victimization.
